T3 60 twitch FOUNDATIONS: INTRODUCTION TO THE FUTURE OF WHOLE BODY FITNESS.

This 60-minute foundations class introduces you to our Total TWITCH Training experience. Our exclusive T3 Approach to fitness uses high intensity, low to no impact movements to burn fat, build long lean muscle, and stabilize your core through controlled movements on our state-of-the-art Megaformer M3S and VersaClimber SM machines.

This class is not only designed for new clients but for clients who wish to refine our essential moves on the Megaformer M3S.

  • Our T3 60 twitch FOUNDATIONS class begins with a brief introduction of the Megaformer M3S followed by a 45-minute workout that is led by the best instructors and coaches in the industry!
  • Our T3 60 twitch FOUNDATIONS class uses our state-of-the-art machine, the Megaformer M3S and introduces the VersaClimber SM at our HCG and ATS locations.
  • Grip socks are required.

T3 45 MEGAFORMER

This 45-minute group fitness class is led by our experienced studio instructors to ensure that your form is aligned and that you are stimulating your slow twitch muscle fibers to burn fat, build lean muscle, and increase stability and endurance. Our T3 Approach is designed to be a high intensity, low to no impact exercise that uses slow, controlled motions that bring your body near the point of total muscle failure.

  • Our T3 45 Megaformer group fitness class uses our state-of-the-art machine, the Megaformer M3S.
  • This class is a full body, low to no impact and high intensity workout and is 45 minutes in length.
  • Grip socks are required.

T3 50 MEGA + VERSA

Our T3 Mega + Versa group fitness class is the world’s first high-performance neuromuscular strength and conditioning experience that is designed to stimulate both your fast twitch muscle fibers and slow twitch muscle fibers. This is all done by pure body strength and without using momentum, yet still remains the most intense low to no impact group workout out there. Our experienced studio instructors will ensure that every movement burns fat, builds muscle, and increases stability to get a holistic, total-body workout in just 50 minutes.

T3 50 MEGA + VERSA ADVANCED | T3 45 MEGAFORMER ADVANCED

Our Advanced classes are for clients who have taken at least 10 classes at our studios consistently. They are designed to move quickly through transitions from move to move and machine to machine. They are not more challenging than our current classes, they are just simply designed for clients who are more familiar with our Approach to whole body fitness.
